We believe that “The circle – a circle of connectedness - is a sacred symbol in all Indigenous cultures and a fundamental principle of Crystal + Lily Home.
The circle signifies wholeness, unity and infinity; it represents the cycles of life and the meaning of the universe.
A child is a gift from the Creator and the circle holds the child at the centre, surrounded by his or her family, who are in turn surrounded by their community.
Healing past traumas through holistic and cultural values and beliefs can ensure our children a place to belong and become a meaningful adult in the future.”

A longtime dream of Aisha Isu, the Executive Director of Crystal Lily Home, was realised on the 25th of September 2017 when Crystal + Lily Inc. (operating as Crystal + Lily Home) was incorporated in the province of Alberta.
The intention was to create a home environment that would provide safety, stability and nurturing for children who have experienced trauma and provide opportunities to enhance their growth, strengthen connections and realise their potential development.
